Boat trip through the bay od Mali Ston, diving & oyster tasting, Lunch on the Island Banje, fishing, desert

1.  BOAT TRIP THROUGH THE BAY OF MALI STON 
The daily program begins with trip through the Mali Ston bay and visits the shellfish farm with presentation of the history of farming: 
• Welcoming guests at seafront in Mali Ston • Boarding the ship • Welcome drink & dried figs • Tour of  shellfish farm • Presentation about the history of farming that dates back over 100 years  • Boat ride to the island Banje. 
2. DIVING & OYSTER TASTING 
Arriving on the island, guests participate in diving around the island and in catching oysters. Each guest participates optionally. 
Guest participates in the extraction and preparation of oysters for an appetizer. Bags and gloves are placed on certain places around the island where they start catching oysters. 
4. LUNCH ON THE ISLAND BANJE: 
For lunch we prepare grilled fish and on request we can prepare meat, instead fish. Before the main dish, by request we can also prepare seafood risotto or shells on “buzara” (in red sauce) and Dalmatian style (in white sauce)! 
3. FISHING 
After lunch, we are going on fishing.  Placed on a small boat, guests draws out a live fish from fishing traps.   
5. DESERT 
Guests enjoy a dessert by their desire – fruit or cakes  
* DRINKS ARE EXTRA: In addition to these specialties, guests can enjoy in champagne, sparkling or fine wine
